Nice room with kitchenette. Bed was really creaky though. Room was clean. I found it a little odd there wasn't a plastic cover on the mattress and pillows. Room was big and spacious. Was given a single room for the price of a double. Staff was friendly. Located near Walmart. No bugs.

I returned the uhaul truck that I rented and the place where I picked up the truck messed up and over charged me and wrote on the bottom of my receipt and told us that when we drop it off they will take care of it. Needless to say when I dropped it off the guy at crossroads inn and suites said that the other guy should've taken care of it. I explained to him that the other guy acted like he didn't know what he was doing and the guy at crossroads inn and suites managed to take care of it for me. So I recommend if you are in Victoria and needing to rent a uhaul go to crossroads inn and suites the guy there is awesome and very professional unlike the other guy.
This is a TRUE home away from home, the rooms and staff are absolutely wonderful, the staff will go out of their way to treat you like family and make sure that your stay is nothing short of amazing, I highly recommend this place
